Red Hot Chili Peppers Extend 2012 Tour Plans

LA rockers Red Hot Chili Peppers have announced details for their upcoming concert run across the country. The 2012 tour was originally postponed due to lead singer Anthony Kiedis injuring his right foot.

Not only is the tour back on, but the band has also scheduled an additional 16 dates for Northeast and Central regions of the United States and Canada. 

The tour will kick-off at the Tampa Bay Times Forum March 29th and conclude at North Little Rock’s Verizon Arena. Boston’s TD Garden is among the newly added venues, scheduled to host the Chili Peppers May 7th.

Other cities set to welcome them in include , Los Angeles, Oakland, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Denver and Houston.

The band will be on the road to further promote their tenth studio album I’m With You, a project that debuted at number one in eighteen different countries after its release in August of 2011. The album has so far produced singles “The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie” and “Monarchy of Roses.” Check for the best available Red Hot Chili Peppers tickets!
