Oakland Raiders Push for McNabb

By on March 30, 2010 in

NFL sources believe the Oakland Raiders to have interest in striking a deal with the Philadelphia Eagles for veteran QB Donovan McNabb. The 33-year old still has another year remaining on his contract for $11.2 million. The Eagles are asking for a top 42 draft pick for the former face of their franchise. Oakland is more than willing to give up their 39th overall selection for the 6X Pro Bowler.

McNabb earlier voiced his interest in the Minnesota Vikings if Brett Favre decides to stay out of the picture come September. He also made clear to head coach Andy Reid that he’d prefer to stay in Philadelphia. Despite his initial reactions, McNabb is familiar with Raiders owner Al Davis and offensive coordinator Hue Jackson. Check back for more league updates right here at AceTicket.com!
