311 and Slightly Stoopid are coming to the Comcast Center on August 4. The show will serve as part of their Unity Tour, which is set to start up at the House of Blues in New Orleans May 7 and conclude at Seattle’s Marymoor Amphitheatre September 5.
311 is an American rock band that got its start in 1988. Their latest album, Universal Pulse, came in 2011 and the band has been performing around the world at shows and festivals. In total, they have ten studio albums, four compilation albums, and one live album.
Slightly Stoopid plays a mixture of rock and blues, with reggae, punk, and hip-hop. Starting in 1995, they eight studio albums, with their latest, Slightly Not Stoned Enough To Eat Breakfast Yet Stoopid. The band tours frequently, traveling everywhere and have played with a number of different acts that include the Dave Matthews Band and Snoop Dogg.
Together, the bands should put on a good show and fans should not miss out on the opportunity to see them both live at once.
