Boston’s Bank of America Pavilion is set to welcome a handful of popular acts this summer. The 5,000 capacity outdoor amphitheatre has secured slots for Jeff Beck, the Backstreet Boys and Earth Wind and Fire during the first week of June. This month will also feature artists that include State Radio, Styx with Foreigner and Kansas, and Ringo Starr and His All Star Band.

The Doobie Brothers are scheduled to take center stage on Tuesday, July 6th. The veteran rockers are still selling out concert venues since gaining popularity through the release of their first studio album in 1971. Following the Doobie Brothers in the weeks ahead are Maxwell, Squeeze and Cheap Trick, Chris Isaak, and Slightly Stupid.

The Bank of America Pavilion is really stepping it up in August, as they are prepared to play host to Barenaked Ladies, David Gray and Ray Lamontagne, and MGMT. The Barenaked ladies are currently touring in support of their ninth studio record All in Good Time, featuring singles “You Run Away” and Every Subway Car.” Gray and Lamontagne are co-headlining a string of dates across the U.S. together. Both artists are still riding high off their most recent projects from last year. They’ll be sure to feature some new material along with the anticipated classic tracks from Draw the Line and Gossip in the Grain.

MGMT is ready to showcase their new wave, progressive style in Boston Tuesday, August 10th. The synthpop group has stated for their 2010 album Congratulations to be “mixed and mastered, and now we’re just working on presenting it to the world.” Don’t miss the chance to see your favorite artists at the Bank of America Pavilion this summer!
