2010 KISS North American Tour Dates

By on June 1, 2010 in

Veteran rock band Kiss just recently announced an upcoming two-month U.S. tour, titled “The Hottest Show on Earth,” kicking off July 23rd in Cheyenne, Wyoming and concluding September 24th in Phoenix, Arizona. The 28-date tour marks the ten-year anniversary since Kiss’s 2000 Farewell string of shows, thought at the time to be the final headlining tour of the band’s career. After their “Alive 35 World Tour” in 2009, commemorating the 35th anniversary of their debut record, Kiss rather unexpectedly released a studio album, Sonic Boom, after ten years since their last and denials of any future recordings.

Kiss began the European leg of their tour, “Sonic Boom over Europe: From the Beginning to the Boom,” in May. The tour will continue on across the U.S. this summer. One dollar from each ticket will be donated to the US Armed Forces’ Wounded Warriors Project, with tickets for select dates going on sale June 4th. The group is made up of original band members Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley with more recent members Eric Singer (joined in 1991) and Tommy Thayer (joined in 2002). “The Hottest Show on Earth Tour” will be making its way to the Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA on August 7th.
