This Week In Boston (8/5-8/11)

With the Red Sox out-of-town on a 10-game road trip, the first few days of the week will be relatively quiet around Boston.

Wiz Khalifa will kick things off on Wednesday as he performs at the Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA. The concert will begin at 6:00 pm.

American rock musician, Ted Nugent, will be performing at the House of Blues on Wednesday night as well. His concert will begin at 7:00 pm.

The Broadway show, Wicked, will be at the Boston Opera House on Wednesday night. The show will begin at 7:30 pm. There will be other shows on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Slightly Stoopid and Atmosphere will continue their “Kickin’ Up Dust” Tour as they visit the Bank of America Pavilion on Thursday night. The concert will begin at 6:30 pm.

On Friday, Maaron 5 with Kelly Clarkson will be performing at the Comcast Center beginning at 7:00 pm. The tour recently kicked off on August 4th in Cincinatti, Ohio.

At age 69, Diana Ross is still drawing crowds when she goes on tour. The popular performing artist will be performing at the Wang Theatre on Friday night at 8:00 pm.

Stand-up comedian, Jeff Dunham, will be performing Friday night at the South Shore Music Circus in Cohasset, MA. The show will begin at 8:00 pm. Dunham will also be at the Cape Cod Melody Tent on Saturday beginning at 3:30 pm.

Keith Urban will be performing at the Comcast Center on Saturday. He will also be joined by Little Big Town and Dustin Lynch. The concert begins at 7:00 pm.

To conclude the week’s festivities, Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake will be performing at Fenway Park on Saturday at 8:00 pm. They will also have another performance on Sunday at 8:00 pm.
