With the holiday season just around the corner, start to look out for different concerts and shows to get back in the festive spirit. There is no better present than a great holiday show! The classic Nutcracker will start running at the Boston Opera House on November 28th and will be performed all the way until the day after Christmas.
Trans Siberian Orchestra will soon begin their 2009 Christmas tour and are scheduled to perform at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, NH before arriving to the DCU Center November 19th in Worcester, MA. Even though Paul O’Neill and the Orchestra mostly showcase their Christmas song renditions, they will now be sure to feature some of their original music this year. They just recently released their non-Christmas album “Nightcastle.” A few songs from the album were already heard during their 2005 tour, which went on to be their most successful string of shows grossing in over $21 million.
Mannheim Steamroller is scheduled to arrive at the Colonial Theatre in Boston on Saturday, December 5th at 8:30 pm. This group is best known for their modern style Christmas recordings. Since releasing their first holiday album “Mannheim Steamroller Christmas” in 1984, the group has sold over 28 million albums in the United States. Don’t pass up your chance to see the best holiday shows around. Tickets are now available!
