Brady, Pats Look To Continue Success vs. Pittsburgh

By on October 27, 2011 in

The New England Patriots are rested and healthy after their week 7 bye, currently sitting atop the AFC East Division at 5-1 with the AFC North leading Pittsburgh Steelers waiting to challenge them next. The Steelers are consistently recognized as one of the league’s top defenses, but have yet to prove it against Patriots QB Tom Brady.

The future Hall of Famer is 6-1 all-time against Pittsburgh, racking up 2,008 yards and 14 touchdowns with just three interceptions. The most intriguing matchup will be between Brady and longtime Steelers safety and reigning Defensive Player of the Year Troy Polamalu.

“Troy is a phenomenal player,” said Brady in a recent radio interview with WEEI. “I watched a bunch of his highlights with Coach Belichick yesterday in our film study. He’s as good as he’s ever been. He flies around the field. He’s incredibly fast and instinctive. He covers a lot of ground out there. You have to keep your eyes on him on every play.”

For those loyal Pats fans willing to journey to Pittsburgh, Ace still has a number of great ticket deals for this week’s away game. In what could be a possible playoff preview, a classic Patriots vs. Steelers matchup never fails to disappoint. New England Patriots tickets are now available!
