The New England Patriots now have 10 straight wins over the Buffalo Bills after disposing of them 20-10 on Sunday in Foxboro. The win gave the Patriots a one game lead over the Bills in the AFC East and put them in a tie with the New York Jets for 1st place in the division. The Patriots and Jets will face off this Thursday night at Gillette Stadium with 1st place on the line.

The Patriots never trailed in Sunday’s game and got off to a 7-0 start when QB Matt Cassell ran it into the endzone for a 13yrd TD run. Cassell also finished the day with 234 yards passing.  Stephen Gostkowski added two field goals for the Patriots and BenJarvus Green-Ellis finished off the scoring for the Patriots with a 1yd TD run in the fourth quarter.

The win for the Patriots was bittersweet as they lost yet another key player to injury. LB Adalius Thomas broke his left forearm and will be out for the rest of the year. The banged up Patriots only have a few days to recover before hosting the Jets on Thursday night. Patriots tickets are still available for this and all Patriots games.
