Legendary guitarists Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck have decided to play a set of shows together starting February 20th at Madison Square Garden in New York City. They will then perform at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto on the 22nd, before playing the Bell Centre in Montreal the following day. Although it’s been rumored for a larger U.S. tour, the pair has yet to confirm more dates. The American shows were added on to their list of February shows at the O2 London Arena.

Beck and Clapton were both apart of the 1960’s English band “The Yarbirds.” They were never in the group at the same time despite being friends for the past 40+ years. Beck’s recent “Live at Ronnie Scotts DVD” reached Platinum status in the U.S., Canada, and Japan. Clapton’s “Crossroads Guitar Festival” DVD sold over 2 million copies across the country. The two rockers have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame a combined total of five times (Beck 2/Clapton 3). Don’t miss this once and a lifetime opportunity to see two of the best guitarists of all time together live on stage!
