R&B singer-songwriter Lauryn Hill has scheduled a handful of tour dates starting Sunday, December 19th in Burlington, VT as part of her recent comeback to the music scene. She was last caught performing with the Rock the Bells festival this past summer. The Wilbur Theatre in Boston, MA will play host to Hill on Monday, December 20th. The short string of shows will conclude on Saturday, January 29th at the Atlantic City House of Blues. She is also scheduled to take center stage at the sixth annual Jazz in the Gardens, opening the March 19-21 festival at Sun Life Stadium in Miami, FL.
Hill is widely recognized through her 1998 solo album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. Featuring singles “Doo Wop (That Thing),” “Ex-Factor,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off Of You,” and “Everything is Everything,” the album sold 422,624 copies in its first week in stores and was certified 8x platinum.
