07-08 Bruins Return to Form

By on December 28, 2007 in

With the dominance of the Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots… it can be easy to forget the other major team in town.  After the locked out season of 2004-2005, the Bruins fielded two mediocre teams that never got above .500.  It was only the second time since 1967 that the B’s did not make the playoffs for two consecutive seasons in a row.  The Bruins currently hold the 5 seed in the Eastern Conference, and will be looking to avoid their longest playoff drought since before the oldest players in the league were born.
